About Citrine & Gold
Fiduciary Financial Firm in Denver
Citrine & Gold is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) headquartered in Denver, Colorado. As a fiduciary financial firm, we are legally obligated to act in our clients’ best interest when providing advisory services.
That fiduciary responsibility shapes how we deliver financial planning and investment management. It means we provide advice aligned with your goals, disclose material conflicts of interest, and operate within a regulatory framework designed to protect investors.
For a deeper explanation of what fiduciary responsibility means, you can visit our detailed blog:
→ What Is a Fiduciary Financial Advisor?
While our office is located in Denver, we also serve clients virtually across the United States through secure, technology-enabled financial planning platforms.
Financial Planning With Transparency and Intention
At Citrine & Gold, financial planning is not transactional, it is relational.
We begin with a thorough discovery process designed to understand:
• Your long-term goals
• Your risk tolerance
• Your business interests (if applicable)
• The values that shape your decisions
Because financial lives are complex, we approach planning with transparency, intention, and structure. Rather than focusing on short-term market movements, we emphasize long-term holistic strategy, and coordinated retirement planning.

Ultimately, our goal is to help you make informed decisions with confidence.
Inclusive Financial Services
Citrine & Gold was built with intention. We believe financial services should be welcoming, affirming, and grounded in respect.
We are proud to support members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals seeking financial planning aligned with their identities and values. Creating a safe environment for financial conversations matters – especially when navigating topics like marriage, family planning, business ownership, or long-term wealth planning.
In addition to inclusive planning conversations, we also support values-based investment strategies when appropriate. For many clients, aligning financial decisions with personal values is part of building long-term confidence.
Independent and Client-Focused
As an independent Registered Investment Advisor, Citrine & Gold maintains autonomy in how financial advice is structured and implemented.
Independence allows us to:
• Provide fiduciary advisory services
• Structure portfolios based on client goals
• Deliver planning without product-driven incentives
• Maintain transparency in compensation
While independence does not eliminate investment risk – all investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal – it does allow us to structure advice within a best-interest framework.
For individuals who value transparency and long-term alignment, understanding how an advisory firm is structured can be an important part of the decision-making process.
Serving Denver and Clients Nationwide
Our physical office is located in Denver, Colorado. We meet with clients in person and virtually, supporting professionals, families, and business owners throughout the country.
Denver’s growing community of entrepreneurs, remote professionals, and values-driven investors often requires financial planning that balances flexibility with structure. As fiduciary advisors, we are committed to helping clients navigate that balance.
At the same time, we work with clients across the United States through secure virtual planning platforms. Whether you are in Colorado, California, Illinois, or elsewhere, fiduciary financial planning can be delivered consistently and securely.
